Terms of business:

• 50% deposit to confirm reservation; balance payable on arrival
• Please note: only CASH or TRAVELERS CHEQUES
• Before the commencement of the safari, clients will be requested to complete and sign a safari contract.
• All clients and observers are required to read and sign our own indemnity form before the commencement of the safari as prescribe by the Professional Hunters Association
• Any client wishing to fly between areas is responsible for his own & the PH's air fare.
• In case of cancellations within a period of 120 days prior to the safari, no refunds will be made.
• Loss of hunting days due to illness, lost luggage, delayed flights, etc. is at client's expense.

Liability:

• Piet Otto Safaris will take the utmost precautions to ensure your safety. We cannot, however, accept responsibility for any illness, accident or expenses arising from such an illness / accident.
